"A theory of fun in game design” de Raph Koster

“Most games encourage demonizing the opponent. Can we create games that instead offer us greater insight into how the modern world works?”.

“Fun, as I define it, is the feedback the brain give when we are absorbing patterns for learning purposes”.

“Games aren’t stories, aren’t about beauty or delight or about jockeying for social status”

“Fun is about learning in a context where there is no pressure, and that is why games matter”

“Rewards are key components of a successful game activity”
